"Llama Hanger" anagrams to "Anagram Hell". The five words anagram to:

and there is just such a statue on the 8th floor. The phrase at the bottom is SPIELBERG ALIEN, or E.T. (which was to have been entered, counterclockwise, in the two circles.)
