If you know the rules of bowling, it shouldn't be too hard to reassemble all five games. Once you do, the frame totals form some interesting sequences:

The puzzle is entitled Thirteen Ghosts, players had to knock down thirteen pins, the word THIRTEENS is given, and every sequence contains one frame with a score of 13. Taking the letters in those frames gives COURT, the answer.
Only three teams got to enjoy Hyperbowl and complete this puzzle, sadly. It was probably overvalued at 20 points; Triskaidekaphobia and Get On A Board With Taft, the other 15-point puzzles at the same location, posed much more of a challenge in practice.
